又是一个下雨天, 雨停了后, 会有彩虹吗?

Went to the book fair at HKCEC this Saturday with some ex/auditors. Haven’t visited book fair for …um… maybe over 3 yrs already. The queues circled around all buildings in Wanchai, suddenly it seemed that all HK ppl became so civilized and were thristy for knowledge seeking. Clearly, I was one of the crowd :P   However, after suffering 1.5 hrs of super heat & extermly high density of crowd, 6 of us didn’t buy anything, and decided to leave. I guess here are the reasons:

- By squeezed in the crowded, I realized that i was over-aged as compared to those teenages standing next to me.

- Comics are not my type

- As compared to those "sea lions", I was not professional enough, didn’t bring up a suit-case with me to carry loads.

- No targeted books

- Discounts were not really a good driver to me as bulk purchasing was not expected.

Well, but at least we’ve had a great dinner at Sanitun, and it was a gd chance to know that we’ve changed.

So many strange things happened these days… can’t reconcile the figures and the facts. 

Went for Kitty’s birthday dinner this weekend, sang Karaoke till 2 am, couldn’t believe that it was her last birthday as being "single", this little lucky pretty lady is going to get marry in Jan 2007. Wish her happy & I believe she will, as she always does.

Went working out today, got a nice PT in MF. It’s fun abt doing exerciese. Keep it up!

Is everything arranged by fate? When i needed help so desperately the Friday nite, I made several calls, 1st) no one pick up 2nd) voice mail, 3rd) didn’t press "send", 4th) in the pipe line. Turned out, a surprise showed up.

1st choice returned a call just now, talked for 2 mins, may be. Hung up right in the middle of the conversation, even during serious topic. "Call u back in an hr"?? I guess the cell won’t ring till the end of World Cup.

I should urge myself to give up, give up & give up!!!!!!!!!!!
